Everyone at Caliber were friendly and they communicated well.
The staff at Shawano center were very nice and helpful. They always kept me updated and answered any questions I had during my repairs. I can't thank them enough for my experience with the whole process. They had found more damage from the accident than I did.

From the first call to schedule an appointment to get an estimate all the way through to the final call to pick up my vehicle after repairs, the staff were very kind and considerate. They are also great with getting the rental set up and having the rental brought to the shop when I dropped my vehicle off and arranging for the rental to be returned once I picked my vehicle back up. It really was a positive experience.
