If I could give zero stars, I would. Caliber Collision completely wasted my time and showed zero accountability. I told them when I scheduled the appointment that my vehicle was an electric car. They confirmed it, booked me anyway, and let me drive all the way there — only to turn me away at the door because they “don’t work on EVs.” The issue? A dented car door.
