STILL NO RESPONSE!!! RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK!!! Took more than twice as long to receive vehicle back. Nothing but excuses and zero communication from them. Escalated to regional manager after they wouldn't provide CEO contact info. Excellent service, very professional and on time repair
I was involved in a minor traffic collision and once everything was sorted with insurance I was told to bring my GTI to caliber collision on April 18th to drop it off so they could start the body work. I am beyond pleased with the customer service and especially work Josh did at caliber collision on my car it looks better then ever.
