Great customer service and repair work.
Very professional with full transparency & constant updates during the repair process
Overall we had a very bad experience. We were originally quoted for the fix to be 2 weeks. It ended up taking over 5 weeks along with terrible communication through the process. I had to keep asking for updates and was kept being told it would be done, then it kept not being done with little explanation. Even up to the final week the date kept moving then even the final day the hour it would be done kept moving... and it ended up not being done on the day it was promised... very frustrating.
