Had my car towed here since it was in an accident per my insurance. It was deemed totaled so I went to go pick up my belongings. My car was ransacked on the inside like someone was looking for valuables. Nothing was stolen but I have a camera on the inside so if anyone tries to lie they have to face the camera footage. Top notch service! Regular text updates and completed sooner than expected. My car looks great!!
Took my 4 month old car in for repairs to rear quarter. 5 1/2 weeks later picked it up, only to find a dent still remained and an access panel had not been installed. Scheduled a 2nd visit to have dent removed. 8 days later picked it up and find paint overspray on tinted glass and taillight lens, scratches and grind marks in tinted glass and a hole in the carpet on rear seat back. Never again will I take any vehicle to Caliber nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
Great communication, made the whole thing simple and easy! And my car looked amazing inside and out!
