had such a great experience with the repair of my car. The caliber staff was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the process. They explained everything clearly which gave me peace of mind. The work was completed on time, and my car runs smoothly again. I highly recommend them for anyone needing quality collision repair!
My son had repairs done at this location. I had to call multiple times to get a update from my USAA rep. And then he acted like I was bothering him. I went with my son and the manager introduced himself and immediately I felt like a needed to go home a take a shower with bleach. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He gave off creeper vibes. Only good thing was that the repairs and the paint looked amazing.
I had the best service from my rep, the front office lady was really nice but the manager was a complete and utter joke. No manners much less home training. You’re scrapping the bottom of the barrel Caliber you have to do better. BUT overall great service
Would come back did a fast and thorough job on my vehicle.
