Minor accident that required parts replacement. Worked with Caliber through the at-fault party’s insurance. Debbie and Shelby were great and the customer service from start to finish was superb! Appreciate the timely updates and quick repair!
Logan Behringer and the woman that answers the phone were great to deal with. They made the whole process very simple and stress free.
I thought it was a good auto body repair until a friend of mine who has done body work and repair for30 years took a look and told me the paint job was horrible. He showed me how inconsistent the paint job was when he showed me. Totally disappointed but this was a few months ago now as I do not see him that often but wanted to share that with people considering. I trust this guy as he has performed work on my car for years. Communication was good there people nice but I wanted the work did not match.
