I had a minor hit happen to my poor parked car, caused enough damage I filed the claim and brought it here to Caliber. Making the appointment was easy, took only a few clicks. Erica at the front desk was funny and welcoming, made sure I knew what was going on and what to expect. David and James came out to inspect the car, and as a woman, on her own at a body shop, I get nervous that someone is going to try and be sneaky. My car has been stuck at this establishment for 3 months they will not give me my car back stating the insurance didn’t send them a disassemble check. Which the insurance company said they sent it to them months ago!
