Very good work, but had to return as the airbag impact sensors were not properly calibrated.
Utterly useless establishment. I made an appointment with a representative to get a damage estimate. They called the day prior to the appointment to tell me that: 1) they couldn't do it at the scheduled time and 2) they'd do the estimate but not the repairs because my car was too old. Why did they make the appointment in the first place? Instead, go to Quality on Tennessee Avenue, where they're both knowledgeable and respectful.
We had an accident in my vehicle. Which a lady came through our house. And hit my vehicle. We thought it was completely totaled. Caliber collision did amazing job I was referring, I will refer them to anybody very polite and answered any questions that we had. Matthew Mauer did an amazing work on my vehicle, thanks to all the staff and members, I got my baby back.
Great experience. Easy to reach someone on the phone, customer service very kind and helpful! Frequent updates by text and phone call. Highly recommend!
