I had a broken windshield and front grill camera to be replaced on my ‘24 Telluride. After a poor experience trying to get repairs scheduled at a competitor’s shop, I ended up at Caliber and I am so glad that I did. Rhonda made the whole experience a breeze, she was able to see me on short notice, and helped to get parts ordered while I kept possession of the car (something the other shop refused to do, banking on me having rental car coverage). Caliber created as many problems on my vehicle as they "repaired". After four trips back and forth, they got most of them fixed. Most. I got tired of dealing with them and had the rest done on my own. Their paint and body work was decent, but the overall experience was bad. They wasted a lot of my time due to their lack of understanding on more complex vehicles, and clear lack of quality control.
Rhonda and the rest of the caliber team were great! I was impressed by their communication, patience, and adaptability around my work schedule. I highly recommend this caliber collision location.
Progressive lined everything up with Caliber and Caliber worked with Enterprise for my rental. This was the easiest insurance claim ever. Enterprise picked me up after dropping off my car and I was able to leave my rental at the shop when I picked up my car. From the time I dropped it off, I was updated during the repair timeline and called to pick up when ready. My car looks really nice and they even vacuumed it out. Everyone at Caliber Collision was great to work with. The process was efficient and quick, and the quality of the work was excellent. Rhonda was an absolute pleasure to work with; she was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire experience. I truly appreciated how smooth everything was from start to finish.
