Caliber Collision did great job on the damage to my Toyota Bz4x EV. From the staff at the front desk, Gabby, and my service advisor Adrian, I was kept up to date on the repairs. The technician did a remarkable job on the damage, restoring the car to its original condition. An outstanding team!
Aggregious lack of communication. 7 pushback text notifications, all right at COB for the completion date of my EV. Only twice have any of my questions been answered after inquiring about the situation. Its been pushed back continually for a month now.
Hands down the worst experience i’ve ever had.. from communication to getting my car back not complete. I was quoted 2 weeks, then it ended up being 5 weeks. I was told a million different things and my pickup date was rescheduled 5 times. Mario/Adrian was rude the entire time he talked to me. I also keep saying Mario/Adrian because he lied to me on the phone when i asked what his name was and when i showed up he told me a different one, so i don’t know his actual name.
