Elbert was incredibly rude to me when I presented for my repair estimate. He briefly explained my quote to me, shoved the packet of paperwork in my hand and told me to take my car to an Audi-certified repair shop and walked away from me, not allowing for questions or concerns. When I called the insurance company trying to clarify how to get my car fixed, I was placed on a three way call with him during which he lied about the interaction. I had an absolutely incredible experience with Rhonda. She is truly the BEST. From the moment I arrived, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable.
