I dropped off my 2018 Ford Raptor to them for repairs 3-weeks ago. For pretty minor straight forward repairs. I was not called for updates or any information on this truck? I’ve always had to make my weekly call to find out where the truck was and when it was expected to be finished. And when I did call, they seem a little put out that I was even asking. This location is a very well kept and filled with professional employee's, Specifically Gretchen. Ask for her to get all of your needs taken care of with getting your car back to normal and keep you well informed throughout the entire process. Not once did I have to wonder what the progress was on my car. As well as it looked like the accident never happened. Would recommend this establishment to any family member or friend!
My work car got hit while parked, and I was worried I’d be stuck without it for a long time. But these guys did a great job — fast and solid work. What I really liked is they kept me in the loop the whole time. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Thanks a lot!
