Friendly, great quality service
The staff was friendly and transparent about repairs and wait times. They worked with my insurance and my rental company directly which reduced my anxiety. I feel like they went the extra mile. My car looks great. I have used them twice and have recommended them to several people.
Caliber had great communication, didn't rush me in any decisions or pressure me into committing to additional work. I came in for an accident repair, and the repair is beautifully completed. Was always notified of any updates or additional findings. Rachel helped me through the communication process and was fantastic to work with.
