Caliber collision on Ledgewood in Spokane Washington was awesome! They treated me really well! And they even cleaned my car inside and out!
Very pleased with the professional way this company and my direct contacts handled my repair. Very transparent about costs and the timeline which they disclosed could change once parts were removed and when they were advised on parts delivery. Finish date was brought forward in the end and rental could be delivered and collected from Caliber as well. It was great not having to chase insurance co OR the repair shop all the time myself + repair is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle.
