I was extremely pleased with customer service and the quality of the repairs on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. They even repaired things the truck that had been poorly done by other shops in the past. They send text messages periodically to keep me informed of the progress of the repairs. The truck almost looks new. I strongly recommend Caliber Collision for repair! They are contracted with USAA with covered all expenses except for my deductible. I would not go anywhere else.

Took my Jeep there for an insurance repair. They were great and made it an easy experience all around. Friendly and professional.
The whole process is insane. First, they claim that they can’t order parts until after you drop off the car. Then they let it sit until the part comes in. In their updates, they admitted that they hadn’t done anything to my car for 9 days. Unacceptable.
Excellent service. Did a quality job, kept me informed and was ready a week early. helped me with rental car. Treated me like a valued customer.
