This was the smoothest repair ever!! I was returned with my vehicle early before the holidays … this shop was impressive at keeping me informed and doing work above and beyond the original estimate within our budget!! I will come back to Caliber Collision and to Melissa’s team specifically because I want everything to run better than perfect again - I would recommend this shop to anyone!!
This place was amazing! My truck had significant front end damage and they made my truck look like it was never in an accident. Our rep was Tim (sorry Tim I had a typo and wrote Jim instead of Tim it’s now edited…)he was very good about keeping me in the loop and answering any questions or concerns. They were all around great I’d like to give thanks to all the staff mechanics office ladies Jim etc you guys did a really great job I’d recommend you guys to anyone! Thank you again!
Great place they repaired my f150 platinum and looks better thank before accident. The rep Tim was super nice and helpful. Stayed in touch with us and kept us updated.
