I had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision at the Colerain location. The staff was extremely professional and displayed great customer service. My husband and I were greeted by the receptionist with a warm smile and courteousness, and our vehicles looked like they did when we first purchased them. The repairman Jim took the time to explain the work that needed to be done in great detail, and the shop was very clean and welcoming and not dirty like most mechanic facilities. Best body shop around. Theyve always done great work on my car and very friendly.
My mother's car was in for repair for a moderate accident. They did quality work and it was also detailed when we got it back.
