We brought in our vehicle for collision repair and the work didn’t go so well. Admittedly, I have a discerning eye and care more than I should about my cars. However, what is more important and rare to find is how the GM, Edward, handled the tough situation. He shot straight with me, acknowledged that my gripes were fair, and lined me up at a sister shop to redo the work under their warranty. Caliber Collision was a pleasure to work with from the front reception area to the mechanics and Jessica the “Overseerer” who made sure things were done correctly. They texted me daily to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle The end results were perfect they did a great job! If you need to have your car fixed after a mishap take it to this shop Jessica will make sure it’s fixed just right. Thanks so much.
