Positives - friendly and professional front office. Generally good communication but some of their automated text messages didn’t match what the said on about schedule. Did not complete in the initial time.

I am so grateful for the people who work here, they made what was originally a very bad start to my day so much better. The receptionist and the woman who looked at my car were so sweet, caring, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. I usually get stressed out taking my car anywhere because so many shops try to take advantage of customers, but this was the complete opposite experience. I left feeling so relieved and grateful and will recommend them to anyone I know!!
