This review is long overdue. I had my catalytic converter stolen in march 2024 before a international trip so I had to take care of it all when i came back and went through insurance. The first shop i brought it to was a absolute nightmare for many reasons. I then brought it to caliber and everything smooth sailing. Excellent service. Professionally done. My car looked brand new after its auto body repairs. They even vacuumed and detailed the inside. Nicely done.
Ive now taken my car here for repairs through insurance twice. The first time was just over 2 years ago, repairs were made to my rear passenger quarter panel. Second time was just this month, entire driver side needed paint repair due to being side swiped while parked. When going over the damages this time, the advisor had pointed out to me that there was some rust on the rear passenger quarter panel.... right where they had previously done repairs. Caliber went above and beyond to fix my car after getting rear ended. It’s always so stressful after an accident, but they couldn’t have made it easier for me and set up everything. They sent daily updates via text and took care of everything so all I had to do was drop it off and pick it back up. They even gave it a car wash and detailed the entire inside!!! 10/10 recommend.
