Terrible terrible customer service, at least Sherrie T. My husband brought his truck here through an insurance claim- She tried charging us and “fixing” things that weren’t broken then argued with my husband about it. Had the nerve to hang up on him after 2 days of back and forth. Good thing we spoke with the insurance company again after dropping his vehicle off, they let us know what she put on the report and that clearly it wasn’t accurate. Hi they were fantastic. Im young so im inexperienced and they did not take advantage of that. I was estimated 3 weeks and it only took 2 with updates along the way. I got personal messages as well, not just auto-bot messages. Incredibly kind and you can tell they care about the work theyre doing. I was there one morning during their team meeting and it felt productive and that the people wanted to be there to work. I also had the same person, Kevin, along the way and he was wonderful. Our car was in an accident with major damage to both the front and the back of the vehicle. Caliper Collision did a meticulous job of repairing the vehicle, it looked like a brand new car when we got it back. We highly recommend Caliber Collision!
