We are so happy with our service at Caliber. What began as a disaster of a day was helped immeasurably by Kevin and the people at Caliber. We were in an accident and our car was towed to a dealership who recommended Caliber. Kevin worked with us, helped us get the rental company to send a shuttle to get us. For the next couple of weeks I received updates on the status. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I picked up my car and it looks like it just came off the showroom. The team did an excellent job! Kevin was wonderful to work with, but the people who did the physical work to me car, theyre artists. They made my car look good again. To the higher ups - your company does $5billion in revenue annually. You should give the folks over at Jay Scuti a nice slice of that pie. Afterall, their feet on the ground pays your office and executive staff.
