I was blown away by the experience. It was so seamless and smooth. The Caliber team, led by Edgar, thought of everything to make it as easy as possibel. They handled all communications with the Insurance company and Enterprise. They took extra care to insure a perfect match of parts and calibration and when it was not perfect, they obtained approval to get factory parts and redo the bumper install without me needing to be involved. edgar was the most unprofessional person ive ever had to deal with. he never kept me informed , not once was i called. my estimate wasnt correct he missed alot of damage i had to go to a different shop to fix.this place is a complete joke . when the car was returned to me it wasnt even cleaned correctly and my car smelt like someone was smoking marijuana in it this shop is just terrible anoyone whos looking to go here watch out
