Really can’t thank this shop enough. Brain (estimator) was super easy to work with - kept me updated the whole time and were just genuinely kind people. The technician did an amazing job on the car. The work was clean, the paint came out great, and the car drives like it did before the accident - maybe even better. Beyond thankful to the staff here! Everything went so smoothly and especially a huge thanks to Brian. He answered all my questions (and i had a lot of them). I don't know much about cars so I'm thankful for him explaining things in detail to me. They do really great work here! I highly recommend this location!
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Do not take your car here! Horrible communication! Staff utilizes handicapped parking at shop for employees without permits. Sat on vehicle for over 3 weeks, before declaring it a total loss to the insurance company. All the while stating it was being repaired. Did not bother to reach out to the customer prior to totaling. When asked how we got from point A to totaled without my knowledge the response was “well” John, Edgar, Victor, do better! Beyond Disappointed!
