Have a nice and in great shape 1999 Ford F350 Heavy Duty custom by Regency truck that had never been in an accident. Unfortunately an animal ran in my path that did some significant damage to my front end. Since being a 26 year old vehicle and having custom body parts, it was difficult for Caliber to obtain replacement part. I highly recommend NOT using Caliber for glass replacement needs. I scheduled my first windshield replacement appointment through their corporate phone number. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but when I asked how long the replacement would take, she made me aware that the auto repair and glass departments don't really talk to each other and that the glass guys comes and goes at different times. They do fantastic work and kept me updated every step of the way. Friendly staff and the work is amazing, can’t even tell my car was in an accident. They are honest and don’t pull any tricks like others. Use them for your vehicle, you won’t regret it.
