We were devastated after our daughter’s car was hit while she was parked. Caliber collision completed exceptional work. The car was returned to us looking brand new!
I would NEVER, EVER, EVER in a million years bring your car to be repaired here as a "TRUSTED LOCAL REPAIR SHOP" - It is everything far from it. The absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service I received from Andy, Andrew, Drew, whatever his fake personality is, was HORRIFIC. I will always bring up in conversation with people now about how Caliber is a national chain of fast-food restaurants that's comparable to McDonald's in the quality they provide. BEWARE. Everything Michael said the first day when I brought it in wrong was false - the time I could pick it up and what parts were needed. Now keeping my work vehicle 7 days longer than originally expected and NO REASON give in the text. I will be updating this post when I get my vehicle back for sure. The one star is only for the nice receptionist.
