Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing the damage to my Mercedes. The quality of the work was great, and my car came back looking like new. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and professional, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The shop was also very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Today I went to this company and left there really disappointed. The manager refused to take my car in for repairs because he said I had drilled holes in the bumper with screws. Of course I did!!! The impact caused the bumper to hang down, and I needed to pick up my kids from school that same day. Securing the bumper with screws was the only solution I could come up with until the day I was able to take the car in for repairs.
