I had a great experience at Caliber Woodcrest. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, they even had popcorn and refreshments while I waited for my service advisor. My service advisor was very informative . They took care of my repairs with knowledge and quality and brought it back to what it looked like before the accident. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.
I’m giving 2 stars overall — 1 star for the customer service and 1 star because the actual repairs to my vehicle were completed properly. The wheel reconditioning looked good, and the light scratches were repaired well. That said, I would not return to this shop. The experience started with an estimate of nearly $2,000 for paint transfer and a scratched rim. My baby looks brand new! Was very easy to make an appointment and get my car back within a week. The staff even cleaned and vacuumed my car. Truly looked like the first day I got it. Thank you Amber & the rest of the staff:)!
