This place was horrible. They did a simple paint job and dent repair, but a gap opened up in the door, so drafts still blow in when the door is closed. The paint was also dented, so I requested a re-repair, but they said they'd contact me, but they never did. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went back to get it repaired, and the gap in the door was still there after two repairs, but they confidently said it was fixed. Was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance to get a rear passenger door replaced. After several weeks I got my car back to find the new door wasn’t aligned correctly. It didn’t have a proper seal and was noticeably sticking out from the body of the vehicle. The misaligned door was affecting how the front passenger door was opening, caused damage to the trim beneath the door from the bottom of the door grinding against it, and the interior trim was not replaced properly and had clamps missing so it was essentially just... read more
