I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision. My car was estimated to be in the shop for 7 days, and they were done in 3! Diane, who is the face of Caliber in the front office, is incredibly welcoming and professional, walked me through the entire process, and made the experience a breeze. She worked with Enterprise to have my rental car picked up at the end of my service, which meant all I had to do was drive away in my newly fixed car. I cannot recommend Caliber enough.

The team was very professional and worked quickly to repair my traverse. Diane at the front desk was beyond accommodating and friendly as she helped me get my rental car and they handled everything with my insurance company even finishing repairs earlier than anticipated. The team was communicative every step of the repair would go to them for any need!
