While the very minor repair was well done, I believe that Caliber Collision dishonestly inflated the actual repair costs to Auto Owner's Insurance Company. They reported in writing that they also fixed the driver's side front door and the column between the front and rear driver's side doors when neither was damaged. This seems like simple insurance fraud to me!
Caliber was very organized, stayed in direct contact with me through email or phone calls and my car was done a week earlier than anticipated! Michele was wonderful walking me through all the steps of the repair! Thanks Caliber Loop Road!
