My 2024 Ford Maverick was brought in after an accident on July 6, 2025, and what should have been a straightforward repair has turned into months of frustration, poor communication, and unacceptable service. I went to Caliber Collision’s Ridgefield location in Henrico, VA and worked with Emma J. She kept me updated every day and made the whole process easy. I also asked if they could handle everything with my auto insurance directly, and they took care of it without any hassle. They repaired the damage to my passenger-side headlight from a deer, and it was done in just a few days. Really appreciate how smooth they made it.
