This is our first time involved in an insurance claim. Emma is our service advisor very helpful thru the process and always updating us about the progress of the car. Service is good they even finish the car a week earlier. Definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
Customer service was literally atrocious. Management quite literally needs customer service courses. It doesn’t matter about hearing no, it matters they didn’t care to even hear us out about ANYTHING. The timeliness is also quite absurd. If you’re that busy, hire more help or outsource. Don’t promise a completion date, and let my vehicle just sit in a lot while you push out fast jobs for quick money. Not ethical. Do not recommend. They’re luck I can’t give negative stars.
