My daughter got into a fender bender at a car wash. We decided to go to Caliber Collision for repair. I must say they did a wonderful job with her vehicle. It took about 3 weeks from start to finish but hats off to Emma for ALWAYS communicating about the vehicle.I was more than happy with the outcome and God forbid If I need auto body repair,I will be going to Caliber Collision!!! Thank you again!!!
Tried to give car back still damaged in the dark to try to cover it up, even the work they had performed was incomplete. My luggage rack was not installed at all so my wife drove home with it sitting on the roof. Even now after the second repair attempt there is still prep work dust and tool markings everywhere. Horrible technicians. Would never trust you or refer you ever again.
Their corporate offices are a nightmare to deal with. Stay away from this place
