I had a bit of a rough start at Caliber Collision when I first arrived, it seemed like they weren’t too eager to help me, and I almost walked away frustrated. But then Morgan stepped in and completely turned the experience around. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and personally provided me with an estimate. Her professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. Thanks to Morgan, I left feeling valued and respected. She’s the reason I’d consider coming back or recommending this location to others!
We had two separate jobs done at the same time - an insurance claim repair, and and out-of-pocket repair in another place on the car. Both jobs were done well, and the car looks good. But for the out-of-pocket job, the estimating and billing amounts were rather confusing. The original estimate was (approximate numbers for simplicity) $1,300, and upon our request for review and and a discount, it was reduced to $1,000.
