There are a few things to report on. First, the customer experience was outstanding. Mark Boudreau, the owner, performed my estimate and communicated so clearly and cheerfully. One of the managers, Carl, maintained contact with me throughout the repair process. In particular, there was a moment when my insurance did not want to pay for a part of the job that Mark had written as being necessary.
