Dropped my truck off on a Sunday evening and left the keys in drop box. They got started on it right away Monday and I had my truck back on Thursday of the same week better than when I left it. You wouldn’t have been able to tell anything was wrong with my truck. Their work is second to none. I won’t ever use another collision company for my repair needs. I just hope I don’t need to have any other repairs done. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Caliber Collision. You won’t be disappointed!!
The staff here is absolutely fantastic. The repairs were done by the time they estimated and done properly. Jim was my service manager and he made sure to keep me updated every few days, regardless of how minor the update. Highly recommend them.
My vehicle was complete on a Thursday when I was headed out of town and I asked them if I could pick it up on Monday. They insisted that they drop it off to my home and when I returned the driver side door handle was broken and they refused to fix it since the person claimed when they left it was “fully functional”
After being rear-ended I got ahold of caliber in Ankeny! Wow do they impress! Their customer service all around was top notch! Casey at the front desk took care of everything for me. I did not have to communicate with insurance companies or the rental car company at all!! She is so wonderful! The rest of the staff was very helpful and informative!
