The receptionist was rude. Sheila looked at my car and have the estimate. She was very nice. The insurance totaled my Honda CRV for damage to the body only. I decided to keep my car and the insurance paid me a small amount. Caliber collision was very surprised to hear that I wanted to keep my car. I think they wanted it. When it was totaled, the money from the insurance want enough to replace it. My car runs great and doesn't have any issues other than the bumper and drivers side fender with a small dent.
