I had a very positive experience with Caliber Collision on Dumfries and their partnership with Enterprise. It was an easy transition from dropping the car off to receiving a rental car. All people involved were kind and helpful and very professional. The repair work was great and we are very happy we took our car there. I would highly recommend them!
I've unfortunately had to bring my vehicle for collision repairs to Caliber in Dumfries, VA, more than once this past year. Yet, the staff at the Dumfries location is top-notch and always professional. Hated being involved in an accident, but hey they happen. Caliber Collision in Dumfries made it painless. Went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and the repairs look great.
Five weeks after getting my new car I was rear ended. Caliber was recommended to me by my insurance. They communicated throughout the entire process giving me updates every other day and completed the work ahead of their estimate. Car looks brand new again.
