My car was hit from behind while I was sitting at a red light recently, and the insurance company pointed me to Caliber Collision in Celina. I'm glad they did. As soon as I showed up for my appointment, Doug came out, and got the paperwork going. The repair wasn't a huge deal, but Doug really jumped in with some hands-on personal "trade secrets" advice on how to make the bumper look better. He brought in some of his own car care products the next day, and proceeded to show me how to use them to improve the look of the bumper... read more
Doug Hutchins was the best we could ask for. He looked at the car quickly and worked with our insurance and us to make the process as quick as possible. He made a difficult situation a lot less painful.
