I would give them a zero if it were possible. Took vehicle by for an estimate and was told I needed to make an appointment so I did. Took vehicle to the appointment and no one was at the desk for ten minutes. When she arrived she told me I would have to drop the vehicle off and the repair was already approved by State Farm.
