The whole process on a new BMW was a breeze for me and the car looks like new, which it pretty much was.
Great communication and my vehicle was actually finished a day early
While conducting the final walk through there were multiple old and new loose parts in the engine compartment plus tools. A few days later I discovered that the front bumper was not properly attached (photos attached). The customer service was always friendly. Sent multiple emails to have this issue corrected. Ultimately, I had to bring it to my auto body place. They are sending Caliber Collision the invoice for the repairs.
I was in a pretty bad accident. Of course not my fault but the other insurance company fixing my car referred me here. I was scared due to the wreck itself. But the staff at caliber were so nice put my mind at ease took care of everything the rental car an all. They called every Tuesday an Thursday as promised updated me the whole way thru. My car came back looking like new. Staff was very organized and professional. They kept me informed regularly and I was very happy with the outcome. They even cleaned my Jeep. It looked great.
