I was sent to these guys by my insurance company and was told I could get a second estimate. They required my insurance company to send over my claim, but then they told me because the insurance company had already made an estimate that they couldn't do it... I called 2 people from my insurance company back and they said they absolutely should have been able to do it and would have just added on if the estimate was more but they declined and acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.
