I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision! They did an excellent job fixing my car — the quality of the work was outstanding, and my vehicle looks as good as new. Even better, they finished the repairs a few days earlier than expected. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They kept me informed and made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place!
I hit a deer about five weeks ago. My insurance company told me to bring the car here. I knew nothing about this company, but took it here anyway. So glad I did. The level of customer service is outstanding with communication and the quality of work is exceptional. At first I had a few concerns, but I can honestly say this shop went above and beyond to make everything right. Armin especially took great care of me. He made sure I was satisfied and even personally dropped my car off and delivered the keys to a different location to accommodate me. That level of customer service is rare.
