HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEXT TIME I WILL GO OUT OF NETWORK WITH MY INSURANCE. THEY TOOK FOREVER AND DID NOT EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF EVERYTHING WAS BACK TO THE CONDITION BEFORE THE DAMAGES. BEWARE... DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE.
