I arrived at Caliber Collision in Spring Valley after having a terrible experience with the service at Caliber Collision in La Mesa. When I met Jesus Amezcua, he completely turned my experience around. Jesus was professional, courteous, and truly a pleasure to work with. I greatly appreciate the exceptional service he provided. Every company should benefit from having employees like Jesus, he's smart, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to handle collision and customer service issues.
