The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. The repairs needed to be longer than originally anticipated, and the manager walked me through the obstacles to fully explain the wait. The manager even took additional time in our call to discuss auto body as a career path within the company for my high school son who is interested in this field.
The people working there seem friendly enough but the actual service was very unprofessional. I had a windshield replacement and some body work done. It took 3+ weeks which seemed excessive. This wasn't some $5000+ repair. When I picked up the car, the new windshield had adhesive or some huge marks still left on it. So I had to go back in and have them clean it off. How does that happen?
