Very happy with the repair work and the communication during the process was excellent!
After a deer accident, Caliber Collision repaired my vehicle back to new within the time promised. They consistently kept me informed throughout the process.
It took a long time to finish my car. It took 21 days and I didn't think it would take this long. No loaner car and using a rental car...is expensive. The finished car work was great, but in the future, would go elsewhere. Previously Caliber was in Willard and they closed. Monroeville Caliber did not provide a car loaner but having a rental car $50/day. It's was very expensive with waiting for my car to be done. Would I do it again... Probably not, would have done elsewhere and get a Willard collision repair shop.
