Monica is such a comforting, compassionate sweet lady. 2 other members of the staff were present at my time of my first visit and were absolutely the same. My second visit was just as my first. Extraordinary quality customer service that is rare to come across nowadays Monica definitely cared more about our situation as their customer. As a bonus I was handed delicious popcorn and cold fresh bottled water. Thank you Caliber Collision, I will definitely speak great about your business.
