Highly recommend this place very reliable and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Roy and all his crew have excellent customer service. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends
Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. My vehicle has been at this shop for five months. Randy is very unhelpful and lacking in customer service. He has not made any effort to go the extra mile for customers.
Had a broken driver’s side mirror that needed replacing. It is one with electronics, so not always just a quick fix. Took my car in for estimate and reservation for repair on July 29th; the mirror was ordered, came in and was able to be painted with a completion date of July 31. Time spent waiting for actual attachment to the vehicle was 30 minutes. Super service; professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.
