We highly recommend Caliber Collision to you on FM 1960, but it is listed as Kingwood. The service with "Nash" was beyond excellent. You are constantly informed of every step, plus my car was completed two weeks before the promise date.
We took my husband's car in to be repaired after he hit an animal and messed up the front end of his car. We have been to a prior Calliber Collision location that didn't have good customer service at all. This location (Kingwood) was amazing from beginning to the end of the repair process. Excellent customer and communication, and his car looks brand new! They made the whole process so smooth and easy, and my husband's car was ready earlier than expected. I highly recommend them!
Don't take your car here ,they put on defective parts and hope you don't catch it, when we caught it they used our insurance for the rental car for their own mess up since they extended because they couldn't get it out on time the first time
I got the ROYale treatment at Caliber Collision! 🙌🏼 My VW seriously looks brand new! Nash did an amazing job handling the repairs, and Roy, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. He was super nice, professional, and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. From the quality of the work to the customer service, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Nash and Roy, for taking such great care of me and my VW! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
