Great Customer Service!
This place is meant to save the insurance company, they’re not there to do a complete and thorough repairs for the customer. They are here to cut corners and save the insurance companies money, in turn they recommend them and try send you there. I got rear ended on hwy. Brought my car on other drivers insurance with a promise of 100% guarantee. Took my vehicle to Caliber Collision per the recommendation of my insurance since my vehicle was vandalized and needed some work. The service advisor, Roy was so nice and kept me informed during the whole process. The receptionist, Jordan was very nice as well and provided great customer service. If I ever need my vehicle repaired again I would definitely use Caliber Collision
