I've been in customer service for most of my life. Caliber Collision rates top five hands down. Upon entering I was greeted by my last name.. Jordon deserves a pay raise for that one. More than50% of the repairs were not done correctly. The seal to the new doors wasn’t installed correctly, the paint had imperfections, both installed doors wobble when you open them and the side mirror control doesn’t work.
First visit. Very pleased with the work along with excellent customer service!
