Don't take your car here ,they put on defective parts and hope you don't catch it, when we caught it they used our insurance for the rental car for their own mess up since they extended because they couldn't get it out on time the first time
I got the ROYale treatment at Caliber Collision! 🙌🏼 My VW seriously looks brand new! Nash did an amazing job handling the repairs, and Roy, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. He was super nice, professional, and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. From the quality of the work to the customer service, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great people and they really did a great job on my car!
Such a great experience, while the damage on my car was not horrible I was so glad to get it back in less than a week. Roy was nothing short of amazing and kept me updated on every step, very much appreciated that! 5 stars to everyone that helped get me back in my car so quickly!
They do ok work, still missed some scratches on the paint just remember they have to ship your truck to different caliber shops to get fixed,
