This place gives you better service the lighter your skin is. So many ppl came in while I was there to complain about a lack of communication… I went there to get my car worked on from a previous accident and they tried to prove I did it to my claim isn’t legitimate. Needless to say, don’t deal with Caliber , go to Eastern Shore auto body. I heard they’re more considerate and nicer.
The team at Caliber Collision did an incredible job with my car. They were tasked with repairing the passenger fender and front bumper, and the results were flawless—my car looks as good as new. Caliber fixed my car beautifully after some random idiot hit my car and ran! The doors and fenders were replaced and painted with perfect! The customer service was excellent also! Thank you caliber!
They did a great job on my husbands truck. Didn’t take long at all. They kept me informed on what was going on with the repairs . I definitely recommend them if you need any work done.
