My vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was taken to Caliber Collision in Santa Fe, NM. From the first day that I met with Will he was very concerned and helpful. The vehicle estimation was given to Jorge who was very professional and down to details on the damage to my vehicle for insurance purposes. Overall the entire services provided at this location were above board and very much appreciated.

My damaged car arrived at Fortune June 25. Many parts had to be ordered and I was told that it should be ready for pickup by July 22. On July 24, when my insurance stopped paying for the rental, I called to see if I could pick the car up. It was then that I was told that the dashboard was busted and that had to be replaced. July 30, I called to check on the car and learned that the part was on back order till mid August I asked for a loaner, which Fortune does not offer. I recently was in a fender bender and caliber was recommended to me from a friend, bottom line paint work was beautiful!!!! The customer service was top notch and they painted my mirror for no extra charge.
Excellent that provides excellent service. Ashley help me and updated me along the way. My car was returned to me just the way it was before the accident. Geico and enterprise on staff to help. Cant say enough good things.....Thanks!! Will recommend friends and family for sure.
Best Body Shop on the East Coast!!!!! I¿m very particular about who works on my Subaru, and meticulous on scheduled maintenance and overall appearance. So when a deer ran into the side of my Subaru I was devastated, the fender and door were completely crushed. Armand and his staff are FANTASTIC. I took my Camaro in for a complete Re-paint job and they did a GREAT job. You can not tell that my car had a repaint job with a complete new color. You would think that my car came from the factory that color. It did take a month for them to do it. But, I rather have a quality job and not an Earl Schieb cheap job. I am glad that Armand and his staff are very detail oriented. QUALITY over QUANTITY. So, if you want a great job done, go to Diamond Collision.
