Ecstatic ... Sylvester Mendoza was terrific! I went in thinking I'd be paying more for the damage I did to our Audi, and Sylvester had a solution which cut the price in half. Sylvester also minimized the time they needed the car, and once they did have it quickly completed the repairs and got it back to us.
