I was in a accident where I was hit on the driver's side. When I got my car back it had some issues that I felt were not correct. When I let them know I got a call from the Manager Chris within a few minutes, made arrangement to drop my car off. Picked my car up yesterday and it was perfect!! I love these guys they are a great example of humble excellence.
Unfortunately, my car keeps getting hit! I’ve worked with Caliber 3 times—testimony that they are great to work with. They keep you updated on progress, repairs are always great and all personnel are professional and friendly!
Truck needed repaired after impact with a deer. The entire process with Caliber was excellent. Chris kept me informed during the process. He thoroughly explained everything that was going to take place. They even communicated with the insurance company to extend my rental car. The quality of the repair was excellent. No issues now. Chris stated if I did have any issues, they would be happy to address them. I highly recommend the Wilson Dr location.
If I ever have a need for vehicle work I will choose Caliber! It’s already a stressful situation, Chris and his team made it easy!
