Approximately a week and a half ago, I had contacted Caliber Collision seeking an estimate. I am not using insurance and was going to self pay. I scheduled a time and when I arrived, I was estimated approximately $3,00-$4,000 to fix some rather large dents on my back left door, scratches along the left side and a piece of trim on my 2017 Honda CRV. I had front end damage to my 2025 Buick envista from debris falling off a work truck in front of my car on the highway. My insurance sent my information to caliber and they contacted me to set up an estimate pretty quickly. I was able to get my car back in for service within the week. The technician, Zach, was very friendly and upfront about possible delays with GM parts for my car. It ended up not being an issue, but I really appreciated the heads up so I was prepared.
