I took my car to Caliber for the second time to get an estimate, and once again I left completely satisfied. The first time they fixed my car, everything was perfect — great customer service, very professional, and no issues at all. This time was no different. Mr. Jose was very pleasant, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I truly appreciate their consistency and excellent service. Highly recommend Caliber Collision!!
Very horrible customer service, just left this dump. I came to get an estimated damage for my vehicle and this man at the front desk who attended me did not want to help. I admit I didn’t know I needed an appointment and I could easily get one and come back another time, but the man said I had to follow instructions on what the car insurance was saying, when they clearly said that they can schedule one for me OR I can go and get an estimated amount myself which is what I was doing.
