I honestly have never been to a repair shop quite like this one! From the moment I walked in Jasmine was absolutely sweet and professional, so pleasant! Jose came out to meet me and go over my vehicle repairs. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept in contact with me all the time about updates on my car. My car was ready earlier than expected and because of my work schedule he made arrangements to meet me on a day when the shop was closed for me to pick up my car to accommodate my work schedule. Very professional. Great work and craftsmanship! My car, which is just a year old, had been in its second accident, neither of which were my fault. Both times we went to Caliber Collision for the repairs. These guys are amazing. You could never tell that my car had been in any kind of fender bender. It looks just like it did the day we drove it off the lot. They clean the car real nice after the repairs too. Great customer service and great communication.. As amazing as they are, I hope I don’t have to go there anymore
