What a great experience start to finish. I wrecked my car and wasnt too sure if they would total it or not since it's a 2014 Corolla. I told Sean "don't you dare total my car" and the car gods listened because they didn't total her (barely made it). James I believe his name was, communicated with me the whole time, keeping me updated on my repairs. They did every single thing they could think of to get out of repairing my truck all the way. My insurance gave the go a head to use an oem bumber but caliber weasled their way out of it. Caliber (an auto body shop who should know how steel works) claims that my old STEEL bumper that had to be replaced was bent and pushed in flat and that's the only reason my truck looked good before I took it in (which literally makes no sense as it is steel and their own tech agreed.)
