Nobody should have to wait over 2 months for repair on their vehicle. Initially I was informed that it would be 2 to 3 weeks from the day I dropped it off, well, ….that turned into 4 to 6 weeks. After 2 months and an additional week, My 2024 Dodge Durango is finally completed. As I check in, the receptionist misinforms me that I owe the $1000 deductible of which I remind her that she said to me I wasn’t responsible for after calling Progressive the day I drop it off.
