I had a very disappointing experience with this company following a calibration issue on my vehicle after an accident repair. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that something was wrong, (kept my vehicle for 2.5 months) the car was pulling while driving, which made it feel unsafe. I later confirmed that the issue was related to the Lane Assist system, which had clearly not been calibrated correctly. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They were quick, efficient and even did a bit extra and didn't charge me. I also enjoyed the good popcorn and hot chocolate while I waited. 😄👍
Went in to get a quote for an insurance claim, and Ken wasted no time attending me! He fixed my frame damage free of charge (popping it back into place), and told me to come back when I was ready for the other damage. I was actually speechless at how kind that was. He exclaimed that sure, he wants to make money obviously as a business, but he also wants to be as fair as he can be. He also took the time to explain to me how to handle my insurance. I’m recommending Ken and Caliber Collision to everyone I can!! Thank you!
