If you’re looking for a company to lie to you, you’ve come to the right place. Not only was I continuously lied to about where my car stood in the repair process, but they would wait until closing time on the day they told me it would be done, then call and extend it another week. I had a piece of plastic hanging underneath my car and was so afraid to drive the car because the plastic was touching the ground and was afraid if I hit something else it would pull down more of the plastic. I went to the nearest body shop which was Caliber on Lovers Lane and Mitchell took a look at my car and took it back to the garage and had them do a temporary fix for me.
