The caliber team was very easy to work with. The insured that they received quality parts for my repair, which I Appreciated. Dakota and his team are very informative and communicate very well.
While on vacation in flagstaff, the left front wheel well of my car was damaged. I was unsure if I should or should not drive it until fixed. Dakota and the flagstaff team quickly diagnosed that my car could still be driven and got me on my way within a few minutes.
Great customer service
My car was in the shop for over 2 weeks. I was told repairs were completed but when I went to pick up my vehicle repairs were not completed and a new crack was made on my windshield. Not happy with the service I received.
