Caliber collision did a good job at repairing my vehicle and did an amazing job detail cleaning the vehicle before returning it. On the other hand, Caliber took an inordinate amount of time on repairing the minor damages done to our vehicle. A hiccup with our insurance’s algorithm erroneously caused a “stop-work order” which delayed repairs by less than 24 hours, but the actual repair window took nearly a month (three weeks or so) to repair. Great experience working with staff to get a repair done. They handled everything and kept me informed weekly, the work performed was top quality.
Caliber was recommended through the insurance company after I was involved in an accident. The location was easy to find, and they kept me updated throughout the repair process. I was able to return my rental car to Caliber, and they took care of getting it back to Enterprise! Very convenient! And I’m really happy to have my car back and in such good shape!
