This is my 2nd time of using this company for repairs and I will never use anybody else. I had alot of work done this time from deer damage. The vehicle looks brand new and the staff are very professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. I received timely updates on my vehicle progress with the repairs. The repairs were done within the time frame I was given. Great dependable company and you can't go wrong with their service.
I took my car to the Staunton Caliber Collision in February after an accident that was not my fault, and my insurance covered the repairs. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. It took over a month to get my car back, and there was virtually no communication throughout the entire process.
