Got into a minor fender bender. The insurance taking care of the damage went through Caliber. I’ve never dealt w/them before but I really liked the experience and would highly recommend them for everyone. Thankfully it was only cosmetic damage but it was taken care of w/in 4 days.

Took my car here for a rear end accident, they estimated that my repairs would take 4 days, didn’t get my car back for 5.5 weeks. Was very difficult to get in touch with them via phone. Once, I got a text saying my car was done, after I shuffled my own work schedule around and got over there to pick up the car, they said I shouldn’t rely on the text and that my car was not done (had tried to call them beforehand, but as stated already, couldn’t get them to answer).
