Last week I visited this location just to get an idea of what it would take to repair a scrape on the side of our car. Not only did they drop everything to look they took the time to try buffing it out. After about 10 minutes of working on it, the car looked as good as new and they did not charge me for the work. They could have easily set up an appointment for me to come back, leave the car and then charge me a few hundred dollars for their work. I highly recommend for their work and business ethics!
If I could give NO stars I would. I won't go in to all the details but to sum it up, it has been over 3 years since I took my car in for hail damage and they still have not completed all the repairs. I have dealt with 3 different store managers and 2 Regional Managers for the Butler Road location and yet the outstanding items have still not been completed.
