My insurance recommended this co. I should have found my own shop. My car was hit a few years ago. They had to paint the entire right side of my vehicle. The job looked fine but now it’s two years later and there are large chips down to bare metal. Small scratches seem to completely remove the paint and can’t be buffed out. My car was never the same after being hit. I just traded it in. I could not deal with a near new vehicle with paint problems. I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The entire team was professional, efficient, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Joanna at the front desk was incredibly friendly, professional, and super welcoming every time I walked in she truly set the tone for a great experience. Sam was also wonderful and went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way, making sure I always knew what was going on with my car. The communication, customer service, and quality of work wer... read more

David and Joanna were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire job. They made a typically stressful, frustrating, and inconvenient process be so easy. I cannot be happier with the service and am grateful I chose to bring my car here!

Don’t ever bring your vehicle to these unprofessional kids. Left vehicle on whole time working on, for weeks, kept getting battery alerts, returned with a half dead battery that keeps lights and other functions from working. Also returned car with engine light on, took months to get insurance to get another mechanic elsewhere to fix the mess they left. They left wire cable harness’ unplugged causing many problems to truck. They argued that they didn’t cause the problem, later proved they did by another mechanic. The only car... read more

The whole point of going through insurance and utilizing a company like this is for the damage to be repaired and your car to be brought back to the normal state. My “new” driver’s side mirror does not move up and down, only side to side. The auto button for my driver’s side window no longer works. The button worked perfectly fine prior to bringing my car here and them having to deconstruct the door to put the new mirror on. This is beyond annoying because we waited over a week for this simple fix. Not because they were busy... read more
