Caliber in Apex handled our repairs which included some electrical and/or sensor troubleshooting. When we picked the car up and turned the ignition on, a warning appeared on our dashboard saying that the auxiliary battery was malfunctioning. This was in their parking lot with expectation that all issues resolved. We drove home as we had no alternative and I called Taylor the next day to communicate the issue.
