This is a very high quality repair facility. I would rate them AAA in all areas.
Make complaints with the NC Department of Justice, NC Department of Insurance, State Attorney General, all Insurance companies involved, the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully this may at some point help with unethical business practices and make a difference.
